Norfolk County is a municipality of 61,000 located on the north shore of Lake Erie in Southwestern Ontario, located between Elgin County and the new Haldimand County. Combining the best of urban and rural life, Norfolk County offers excellent recreation, shopping and investment opportunities.

Long Point Bay
This park is part of a 40-kilometre-long sandspit in Lake Erie which is recognized as a biosphere reserve by the United Nations. It is a popular stopover for migrating birds in fall and spring.
Canoeing
Canoe from the park's boat launch out into extensive marshes. No river routes available in or near the park.
Wildlife Viewing
Long Point is renowned worldwide as an important refuge and stopover point for migrating birds, especially waterfowl.

Turkey Point 
The only provincial park with a golf course, Turkey Point is also a naturalist's paradise.
Fishing Long Point Bay on Lake Erie is one of the most famous bass fishing areas in Ontario, and fishing is also good for pike, perch and a variety of panfish. Small boats can be rented from the Turkey Point Marine Basin Marina.
Swimming
The two-kilometre sandy beach in the village of Turkey Point and the bay's warm shallow waters provide excellent family swimming.
