Terms: Deposit of 25% at the time of booking. Balance due upon arrival Saturday to Saturday rentals only. Multi-week discounts for extended stays: 2 weeks - $100, 3 weeks - $225 (off total rental invoice) Deposit and Balance Due to be paid by cash, money order or certified check. Cancellation penalties will apply. Check-In: 2:00 p.m. Check-Out: 10:00 a.m. Occupancy: Prices are based on a 5 person occupancy with no more than 3 adults, unless prior arrangements are made.

Rental Policies and Practices 2011 Bayview Cottage and Lakeview Cottage Retreat Registered Guests: Bayview, Lakeview Retreat cottages are set-up to accommodate a family of 5 members comfortably and safely, with a maximum of 3 adults. Additional adults over and above 3 will be charged, $150 per week. For the convenience of our guest, check in time is set for 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is set for 10:00 a.m. To ensure standards of cleanliness are maintained, pet's are permitted for an additional charge of $50.(Lakeview) Air Conditioning can be obtained for an additional fee of $50/week to be paid upon arrival The cottages are a smoke free environment. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please place butts in the containers provided outside the cottage. A propane gas barbeque is provided for your use. Gas is complimentary for a reasonable supply. Bedding and linens are not supplied as part of the rental. However, if you choose they can be provided for an additional cost of $50 per person. Fires are permitted within the designated cooking fire appliance. All fires must be kept small and covered by a grate in compliance with section three of the Norfolk County By-Law 2003-08, which regulates outdoor fires. Tenants are requested to inspect the cottage for cleanliness and completeness of inventory when they arrive and to ensure that the cottage is left in a clean and presentable condition. We want to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Please bring any deficiencies to our attention and they will be corrected. Tenants are encouraged to become familiar with these policies and additional safety information posted inside the cottage. Tenants are responsible to pay for any damage to the premises and equipment caused during their stay All cottage rentals are subject to the Inn Keeper's Act
